Traditional Scottsdale Home Gets a Complete Remodel

One of the parts of our work we enjoy most here at RW Remodeling is the thrill of seeing how much our customers love their terrific new spaces. We recently completed just such a project in Scottsdale, in which a traditional area home got a total remodel. The kitchen, laundry and living area were completely transformed to reflect the clients’ ultra-modern tastes. The theme here was clean and modern, which was represented by the prominent use of white as the primary color in major elements.

The exterior of the property presents what seems like an outwardly traditional Scottsdale home. So visitors are likely surprised upon entering the home, where they are greeted by a white gloss environment oozing minimalist Manhattan loft sophistication.

Following the transformation of the remodel, the monochromatic effect is the epitome of less is more, with the clean and uncluttered aesthetics providing dramatic cover to the carefully conceived functional details. The new chef’s kitchen features European frameless gloss white foil cabinetry, and the space offers a full suite of professional grade appliances, including separate 30-inch refrigerator and freezer columns, oversized single bowl sink, a prep sink and a pot-filler, a 48-inch six-burner gas range, and wall-mounted ovens and warming drawer.

Among other notable highlights are Kemper Maple Darby Palomino Coffee cabinetry, Marazzi Crystal Glass Mosaic tile in baths, AZ Tile polished white and light grey sandstone, Ankara stone backsplash, a 36-inch induction cooktop and a French door refrigerator.

While we know the look may be impressive, we take greater satisfaction out of knowing how much the family enjoys their new space, and how many great memories they will enjoy making there.
