Another Amazing Phoenix Kitchen Remodel Completed

Amazing Kitchen RemodelOne of the parts of our work we enjoy most here at RW Remodeling is the thrill of seeing how much our customers love their terrific new spaces. We know that even a relatively minor update or renovation can give the place a whole new look and feel, and can make the family fall in love with their home all over again.

We recently completed a Phoenix kitchen remodeling project that even exceeded what we and our clients could have envisioned.

The project took place in a historic home in one of Phoenix’s oldest central neighborhoods. While the list of individual features involved in the design isn’t all that unusual, the size of the space (overall footage of 169 square feet) is a bit out of the norm. Because the property is a historic home, we were very conscientious about respecting the original spirit of the home—while at the same time incorporating a clean, transitional feel. With a nod to modern taste and convenience, we stressed a light and bright approach. Ample storage was also a top priority.

Some of the notable features of the kitchen design for this project included a contrasting prep island with walnut countertop which included space for seating, sliding shelves at double pantries, a blind corner with sliding shelves and corner “Susan” cabinet for maximum storage and easy access. We also created custom elements: small shelves near the window for display and an integral “hutch” with bead board back, glass uppers to display china, and drawers below for cutlery and linen storage.

For convenience, there is an additional “prep” sink. Appliances included a 36” professional Wolf gas range with flu hood and a Pro-line KitchenAid refrigerator.

While each of our home remodeling projects is unique and tailored specifically to the individual client, they all have a few things in common: our dedication to customer satisfaction, and our pride in bringing the customer’s dream space to life.

We would love to collaborate with you to create your dream kitchen or complete any other type of Phoenix home remodeling project.
