Peter Limon

If the absolute goal is true excellence in execution, it all begins with planning and preparation.  Republic West Remodeling is extremely fortunate to have as its Vice President of Remodeling and the Head of Pre-Construction & Planning, Peter Limon, whose background consists of an Architectural Degree from Arizona State University and over 26 years of experience in the remodeling end of the construction industry. 

“My initial responsibility is to accept 100% responsibility to plan and prepare for execution, in absolute world class fashion, projects sold by our design team.  To accomplish this I use a daily pursuit of perfecting the art of balancing the mission, vision and principles of Republic West Remodeling by means of a disciplined management framework and the coordination of human and material resources to achieve my objectives. As the pre-construction manager, using the Blueprint for Success, I begin to prepare the customer for their projects execution.  It is my goal to provide both the client and the Republic West Remodeling operational staff with detailed project timelines and schedules, establishing performance and production time requirements for the duration the project."

Tom Ross

Tom is a crucial part of the Pre-construction Planning Department at Republic West Remodeling. Tom's background includes several years in the custom cabinet business as well as several years in residential remodeling. Tom is proficient in all the software programs utilized in residential remodeling and combines his extensive design background with his equally extensive construction background. All of that in conjunction with his understanding of cabinet construction helps him create the best plan to execute the scope of work generated by the customer and our sales and design team.
